How you pay

Going live is free and needs no card. Your menu page and QR stay free for good, with unlimited orders your first month and up to 50 a month free after. We charge only if you choose Full Room Pro: $149 a year, no setup fee, renewing at $149 a year until you cancel. Pro includes your own .com, which we register for you and point at your menu. We email you about 30 days before each renewal.

7-day refund

Full refund within 7 days of any charge, the first one or a renewal, if you've taken fewer than 10 orders on your link since that charge. Email us and we refund the full amount of that charge.

Cancel online any time

Cancel the year on your private link in one tap, or by email. Nothing more is charged: your link takes orders to the end of the year you paid for, then returns to the free plan.

How

Email support@fullroomhq.com with the email you paid with. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and take 5 to 10 business days to show.

What we cannot refund

A charge more than 7 days old, or one after which 10 or more orders came through your link. Diners pay you at pickup, so we hold no diner money and can't refund a diner's order: that's between you and them.

Auto repair shop homepages

A shop homepage is $499 once, with no renewal. Full refund within 14 days of paying, for any reason: reply "refund" to any of our emails or write to support@fullroomhq.com. We refund the full $499 through Stripe and keep nothing.
