How it works
How your menu becomes a menu site with pickup ordering: what is read, what is checked, and who does what, including where AI is used.
Steps
- You give us the menu you already have: a photo or screenshot, your old website's menu page, your GloriaFood ordering link, or the text.
- The system reads it into sections, dishes, descriptions and prices, and turns build-your-own sections (meats, salsas) into choices.
- Every price it isn't sure of is held for you. It stays off your live menu until you tap Right or type the price.
- You add hours, address and phone, and pick a look (or keep the one matched to your menu).
- You go live free with your email: no card. Your link takes pickup orders, and your QR print kit points to it. The free plan keeps your menu site and QR up for good and takes unlimited orders for its first month and up to 50 a month after, with a small "Menu by Full Room" link. Full Room Pro is $149 a year, the same every year, until you cancel: your own .com (we register it and point it at your menu), unlimited orders, no link. Choose it when you go live or any time after; we also email you about it when a month passes 40 orders. You add a card only if you choose it, and cancel online from your private link. Skip it and, past 50 in a month, online ordering waits for the next month; your menu stays up.
Who does what
The system does the reading and building. A photo is read by two separate AI models, and every price is compared between the two reads; pasted text and web pages are read by one model and each price is checked against the text you gave. A GloriaFood link, or a website with GloriaFood's ordering button, is read straight from GloriaFood's own menu data, with no AI: dishes, prices, sizes, choices, phone, address and hours. Sites behind a bot check and delivery apps can't be opened from our side; screenshots work there. Fixed rules turn what was read into your menu site. The check before anything goes live is yours. A person at Full Room answers any question you send to support.
Checks
Prices are copied as printed, never rounded or invented. Combos like "3 for $9" and sizes stay as written. The page includes the menu in the structured format described at schema.org/Menu.
Our tests
GloriaFood links, Oct 22, 2026: 5 real US restaurants' GloriaFood menus, imported from their own links. 511 of 511 dishes came over, every price exact, checked line by line against GloriaFood's own data, with every size and choice.
Menu photos, Oct 21, 2026: a real taco shop's chalkboard, read twice. The two reads agreed on 12 of 14 section prices; the other 2 waited for the owner's tap instead of going live.
These are our own tests, not customer results. We have no customers to quote yet.
Payments
Your plan runs on Stripe Checkout. Diners pay you at pickup: we never handle their money, take no cut and add no card fees. Orders over your limit go to your phone so you can confirm them, and you can block a number that didn't show.
