Wait for April

The Order button on your site stops. So does the one on Facebook, and the QR code on every table tent. You move in the last weeks, with everyone else still on GloriaFood.

Move this week

Your menu comes over in seconds. Both run side by side. Diners notice nothing until you switch the button, on a quiet day you pick.

The move, in four steps

  1. Paste your link. Your GloriaFood ordering link, or your own website with the Order button. Your menu appears, priced exactly as GloriaFood lists it.
  2. Check it on your phone. Change a price, mark a dish sold out, add today's special.
  3. Go live free. Your email, one tap, no card. Run both side by side while GloriaFood still works.
  4. Switch your Order button. Paste our one line of code where GloriaFood's was, on your site and Facebook. Your first month is unlimited; then 50 orders a month stay free.

Tested on 5 real US GloriaFood menus, 511 dishes: every price came over right.

What moves over from GloriaFood, and what doesn't

We read your menu straight from your GloriaFood ordering link, the same data your diners see, so nothing is retyped.

Comes over in secondsEvery dish, its price and description; sizes; "choose your meat" and other choice groups; "pick 2 sides" and "up to 3 toppings" rules; your opening hours, phone and address.
You add from your phoneDish photos, and choice groups where a diner mixes several of the same kind (10 sliders of 6 kinds): those arrive as "pick at least 1" for you to check.
Stays with GloriaFoodYour diners' past orders, their saved accounts and your sales reports. Export the reports you need before April 30, 2027.

Tested against GloriaFood's own data on 5 real US menus (Baltimore, Nashville, Kalamazoo, Brooklyn and Avon, CO): 511 dishes and 1,117 dish-to-choice links, 0 price errors.

A calm timeline to April 30, 2027

GloriaFood's home page says it "will reach end of life on April 30, 2027" and that Oracle "does not offer a direct replacement". Some rivals quote March 31; plan for the earlier date and you're safe either way.

  1. This month: bring your menu over. Paste your link, check the prices on your phone, go live free. Diners still order through GloriaFood; nothing changes for them yet.
  2. Any quiet week before spring: test it. Send yourself a test order and hear your phone ring. Place one real order from a friend's phone. Fix anything that reads wrong.
  3. By March: switch your Order button. One line of code on your website, the button on your Facebook Page and the order link on your Google profile. Do it on a slow Monday, not before a Friday rush.
  4. Before April 30: reprint your QR codes. Table tents and window stickers that open GloriaFood stop working with it. Our print kit gives you new ones that never change, even when your prices do.

Keep your Order button: the four places it lives

Most GloriaFood restaurants take orders through a "See MENU & Order" button pasted into their own site, plus a Facebook button. When GloriaFood stops, each of these goes quiet at once, so list them now.

  • Your website: where the GloriaFood code was, paste our one line. The button looks the same and opens your new menu.
  • Facebook: edit the Page's action button to "Order food" with your new menu link.
  • Google: in your Business Profile, put your menu link under Menu and Order online, so Search and Maps send diners to you.
  • Print: table tents, window stickers, flyers and any delivery bags with the old QR code.

How the old button works: gloriafood.com/how-to-add-order-online-button. Steps for Google: our guide to how Google reads your menu. New codes: the free QR code menu.

Questions

Do I have to stop GloriaFood now?

No. Build your menu here today and keep GloriaFood running. Switch your Order button when you're ready, before April 30, 2027.

Can diners pay by card online?

No. Diners pay you at pickup, like GloriaFood's free plan. Orders over your limit (you set it) are asked to call first.

What doesn't come over?

Your diners' past orders and accounts stay with GloriaFood. Dish photos don't come over; add them from your phone.

What if I never switch?

You pay nothing. Nothing is charged unless you choose Full Room Pro. The free plan has no end date.

GloriaFood points to FoodAmigos. How are you different?

FoodAmigos' GloriaFood page books you a call, and is written for resellers. Here you paste your link and see your own menu in seconds: no call, no account. (gloriafood.foodamigos.io, read Oct 23, 2026.)

Are you part of GloriaFood?

No. Full Room is an independent company, not GloriaFood and not Oracle. See who runs this and how it works.
